After its most recent announcement of joining Ontario as a regulated brand, Playson has also inked a partnership to expand its area of operations. On Tuesday, September 6, 2022, the company revealed that it has agreed to supply its premium iGaming content to the Czech Republic operator MerkurXtip. The latter is an online casino operator which launched on August 23, 2022.
Playson is one of the rapidly-developing providers of online gaming content in the gambling industry. The studio already operates across 18 regulated markets across the globe, and it touts a portfolio of over 85 omni-channel casino games which are already tested and launched in key European markets. This features Malta, Italy, Spain, Sweden, the UK, Romania, and more.
- Another Partnership in EU
Via the agreement, Playson is now allowed to integrate its leading content of iGaming titles with the Czech Republic operator, which made its official debut less than a month ago. Some of the first launched titles will be the fan-favourite Legend of Cleopatra, Sevens & Fruits: 20 Lines and Book of Gold: Classic. Players will also have access to newly released titles from the provider.
MerkurXtip is owned and overseen by the industry-leading giant Gauselmann Group, and the recently launched operator currently offers slots. However, it will also expand its offerings by adding roulette, poker, and sports wagers. As mentioned, the operator has just introduced its online platform in the Czech Republic and it launched games from the provider on its first day.
Through this latest partnership agreement, Playson will be able to further bolster its presence in the Czech Republic and its regulated iGaming market. It also enhances its list of regional partners, while the company is also looking to add even more clients to its operations. The company is always on the lookout for expanding its exposure and attracting more customers across regulated markets.
Blanka Homor, Sales Director for the online gaming supplier commented that its team is pleased to have inked another deal that will allow it to expand its offerings in one of the fastest developing markets. She noted that the expansion across Central Europe is a crucial and strategic objective for the provider, as they are hopeful to find new agreements with regulated operators in the region.
- Coming to Ontario
Just last week, Playson also announced that it will be making its official debut in Canada as it has gained entry to Ontario. The company has been approved by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and it is allowed to offer its broad variety of iGaming titles and cutting-edge network tournaments and the robust Cash Blast tool to operators in the jurisdiction.
Back in October 2021, the company also participated in the exciting iGamingNext Valetta ’21, where it was able to showcase its cutting-edge technology. The gaming conference took place on October 20 and 21, 2021, at the Mediterranean Conference Center in Malta, where it had its own stand. At the event, the company was able to establish some new connections and potential partners.
