Daegu Dorim Elementary School concluded the preliminary match of the 1st Cheongyang Pepper and Koo Ja-bae National Men’s and Women’s Elementary School Basketball Competition held at Cheongyang-gun Gymnasium in Chungcheongnam-do on the 27th. “This is something I always get pointed out by my coach as well. The opponent team’s center is often larger than ours, so we have to play a defense that helps together. We will supplement our physical strength and break through more confidently,” he said, pointing out what he needs to improve.

Park Geon-woo also said, “I have to eat well and exercise hard to grow taller. I’m still fast, but I’m sure there will be many faster players when I go to middle school. I’m training to increase my focus to become faster,” vowing to improve.
Finally, Park concluded the interview by saying, “When shooting a shot, even if the opponent throws a foul, you need to concentrate until the end. As a guard, I will put a pass where I need to and become a player who makes good use of my chances to attack. I will try harder even when I become a middle school student with strong grit.”
